TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: October 1, 2025

Welcome to Whittemore Solutions, LLC, doing business as OptiPoint Digital. By engaging our services, including digital marketing, website optimization, Google Business Profile management, reputation management, paid advertising, CRM setup, AI automation, and SMS communication services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

All services provided by Whittemore Solutions, LLC DBA OptiPoint Digital begin only after payment has been received. Services are provided according to the agreed scope of work and may include ongoing monthly services or one-time projects.

All payments are due in advance. Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis. By submitting payment, you authorize Whittemore Solutions, LLC DBA OptiPoint Digital to charge your payment method for the agreed amount according to the selected service plan.

Providing your payment information authorizes Whittemore Solutions, LLC DBA OptiPoint Digital to charge your card on a recurring basis for active services. This authorization remains in effect until services are canceled according to the cancellation policy. Submission of payment information constitutes a legal authorization.

Due to the nature of digital marketing, automation, and consulting services, all payments are non-refundable. This applies to all services, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, content creation, advertising management, AI automation, CRM services, and SMS messaging services.

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least one business day before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be sent to support@optipointdigital.com. If cancellation is not received within this timeframe, services will renew and charges will apply for the next billing period.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS
Program Name: OptiPoint Digital Alerts

By opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Whittemore Solutions, LLC DBA OptiPoint Digital related to account updates, service notifications, lead alerts, scheduling reminders, and other relevant business communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive confirmation of your opt-out and will no longer receive messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@optipointdigital.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our SMS messaging program is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties.

Whittemore Solutions, LLC DBA OptiPoint Digital reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
